The website provides email and telephone contact links. It has no data collection form or client portal. When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share: your identity, professional contact details, organisation, the purpose of your enquiry and the content of your communications.
This data is used to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a service engagement. Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract or, for other professional communications, on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries.
You choose what information to provide. We need contact details and enough information about your enquiry to respond. Please avoid sending sensitive data or access credentials by email.
Communications are retained while your enquiry is being handled. For a project that does not lead to an engagement, retention is limited to three years from your last contact. If a contractual relationship is established, necessary records are retained throughout its performance and subsequently in accordance with applicable legal obligations and limitation periods.

Hosting the website requires the processing of technical data, including IP addresses, access dates and times, requested resources and information sent by the browser. The hosting provider’s technical logs support the operation, troubleshooting and security of the service.

Log retention depends on troubleshooting needs, incident management and LWS’s legal obligations, and is governed by the hosting service terms.
The website includes no advertising tools, tracking pixels or third-party audience analytics services. Fonts, icons and images are served directly from the website.

Your communications are intended for authorised persons within KURONE TECH and the technical service providers required to process them. LWS hosts the website. Our professional email provider is established in Switzerland. Data is not sold to third parties.

Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met. You may also set instructions regarding the handling of your data after your death.
